I would not have purchased them if I knew this would be the case. I filed a claim. A lot of red tape.. they want my driver's license. I will not send my driver's license online... The whole thing seems sketchy.

These are the BEST gf english muffins out there. Allergy friendly beyond gluten/wheat, no rice, and just DELICIOUS! My favorite is a simple breakfast sandwich, but we've used these for everything! We've made a monte cristo type sammy with them, pizzas, you name it. I crave them. We are sooo grateful for wheat, rice, milk, nut, legume free english type muffins!!!! We have so little choice out there and these are convenient and yummy. We LOVE Bedrock Bakers!

I've been purchasing the English muffins regularly for a few months. They are truly scrumptious! The taste and texture are like eating a crumpett..and they are gluten free. I have tried a few gluten free brands and there is no comparison to Bedrock Bakers. I have my Niece who is an SLP to thank for telling me about Bedrock!

So dissatisfied!!! I placed my order on October 8. I had to pay extra for 2 day shipping. Needless to say they FORGOT to fill my order! The only reason they shipped order is because I emailed them twice saying where is my order!!! They don’t have a phone # just email that they don’t monitor right away!

Sadly, very grainy, hard to swallow. One of the most awful gluten free products I’ve ever tried both in flavor and texture. Immensely disappointing especially for being $12/ bag. I’m all for being creative, but taking extra time to make a really good product is worth it.

For the price, they were a little grainy. The modern bagels in ny are much bigger, a little tastier but not near as grainy. Overall, very good bagels. I’m comparing to the best GF bagels. These blow away what your getting in the supermarket.

Terrible product frankly. I could not do more than a bite of the Pagels or muffins.
I only need gluten free but you have taken everything out of product resulting in bland and dry. Maybe vary your offerings by having a gluten free one, a vegan one, etc. Doing too much results in too little!
And your customer service failed when your cc muffins were back ordered. No notification of this back order? Took 2 1/2 weeks to get my order and the only thing I got were daily emails asking me to buy more!

The Pagels are great but when my order came with a crushed box which caused breakage inside, I reached out. Was sent a form to fill out which I was unable to submit. When I responded to the company with my concern over how complicated it was, I was met with crickets. You seem to have no inability to speak when you are asking me to rave about your product but the first time I hit a snag, no fault of mine, you go silent.

I love the English muffins. I wish they had a multi grain. Also, I read on Amazon that it's best to purchase from Bedrock, because they are fresher. I don't know if that's true, but I did order from Bedrock, got them in 2 days and they are indeed FRESH! They taste great! However, it's a much more expensive way to order them. I'm hoping that IF there is an Amazon issue, that they will resolve it soon. LOVE THE ENGLISH MUFFINS!

It took way too long for the delivery. I ordered based upon when it should have been delivered. When it didn’t arrive, I emailed for an ETA and to see if it could be expedited but it took a few days for them to respond. It was really disappointing as we didn’t have them for our family brunch.
