Yes, that is totally normal. Pagels ship frozen and thaw in transit. Please make sure you slice and refreeze them as soon as they arrive.

We recommend thawing them at room temperature for 20-30 mins before toasting until they are golden.

Pagels are Certified Gluten Free, Certified Paleo, Certified Vegan, Certified Kosher.

Yes. Our Pagels are manufactured in a dedicated, certified Gluten Free Facility.

Pagels can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days, but for optimal freshness, we recommend keeping them frozen until you are ready to enjoy.

We have done extensive testing on people who follow a Ketogenic lifestyle. 70% of the ingredients in a Pagel are Resistant Starch that go undigested. They pass through the stomach and go to our Colon where they act as a prebiotic and aid in digestion.

We ship all of our orders Monday – Wednesday either FedEx Express or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders are received within 1 – 3 days after shipping. You will be notified via email when you order ships and when it is out for delivery.

Sometimes FedEx and USPS send out notifications prematurely that a package has been delivered. We ask that you give it 24 hours before contacting us. We will do what we can to track down your package.

Because of the increased volume that FedEx and USPS are experiencing, there will be instances where packages get delayed. If you should experience a delay, we ask that you send us pictures of your spoiled product. Provided that your product went bad as a result of a shipping delay, we will either replace or refund your purchase.
