Cinnamon Raisin French Toast
Ingredients:
- 2 cinnamon raisin english muffins
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
For topping:
- Fresh fruit
- Butter
- Maple syrup
Directions:
- Remove english muffins from freezer and allow them to thaw on countertop.
- In a medium shallow bowl, whisk egg, milk and cinnamon
- Heat a fry pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp butter. Coat both sides of english muffin in egg mixture and place on fry pan and fry 3-5 minute each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from pan top with butter, fresh fruit and maple syrup
