Roasted Peppers & Heirloom Tomato Pagels

Roasted Peppers & Heirloom Tomato Pagels

Ingredients:

  • 1 Sesame Pagel, cut in half and toasted

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 small peppers, sliced
  • ¼ heirloom tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp goat cheese
  • For topping: pepitas and fresh cracked pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium fry pan over medium heat add oil and sauté peppers for 7-10 minutes until roasted on all sides. 
  2. Meanwhile, toast sesame Pagel, spread cream cheese evenly on each half.
  3. Top with fresh heirloom tomato, roasted peppers, pepitas and goat cheese. Enjoy!
