Mini Pepperoni Pizzas
Ingredients:
- 2 original english muffin
- 4 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 12 pepperonis
- Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Remove english muffins from freezer and allow them to thaw on countertop.
- When thawed, spread pizza sauce evenly on each hal of english muffin
- Top with mozzarella cheese then top with pepperonis. Sprinkle each muffin with a bit of italian seasoning.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese has melted, remove from oven allow to cool slightly and enjoy.
