On the small side. Good flavor - perhaps include a bit of the seasoning in the actual pagel.
Microwaving for 20-30 seconds before toasting seems to work best to achieve a crunchy exterior and a softer interior.

so while I get these are good for you, the price for 4 SMALL and I mean small pagels is not commensurate with what you get for the price... buying organic/gluten free should NOT cost this much... This is why organic foods like this will always be a niche market... 95% of people who really need them can't afford them...

Not too happy with these pagels. They're are half the size of a regular bagel, but just as many calories. Plus I put it through 2 toast cycles and it doesn't toast or taste like it's fully cooked.

I have not yet eaten one of the Pagels because they are very high in calories. I was not aware of this and am trying to cut back on calories. Apparently these are gluten free, and I now understand why they must be kept frozen. They are 8 points on Weight Watchers and I can have a regular bagel with the same points. I have a friend with Celiac disease and will give the pagels to him to enjoy,

The bagel consistency is more like a muffin rather than a bagel. The bag is “wet” on the inside so the everything but the bagel seasoning gets stuck inside the bag as well as all over your fingers when removing, cutting, etc. Flavor is ok, can’t taste the seasoning that much.
