i love these. i’m very particular about ingredients, specifically seed oils, certain flours, and fake sugars. it’s nearly impossible to find gluten free bread products that meet my standards, until Bedrock Bakers.
not a huge fan of almond, but i’ll deal since they’re otherwise perfect and seems only a small amount is used.
the taste and texture is excellent! i’ve eaten them toasted with butter or as bread for sandwiches/burgers. so good!
i’ve just placed my second order of several more bags. highly recommend.

If the company put in 10% of the assets it applies to reaching customers with info on how to deal with the complications of getting from the receipt of orders to protecting them for consumption...instead of simply coming up with a better distribution...I would give it another try. The endless emails and texts are absurd. Order food, receive it, eat it. Period.

This last shipment, I notice the plain English muffins were shaped differently with a more rounded top. I think it added some stability if using as a sandwich, however it’s has become harder for me to toast. The middle is not toasting as well and the edges are nearly burning. Still love them this could be my toaster ♀️
My favorite way to use them is as lil pizzas! I toast them up a little in the air fryer with some olive oil and garlic powder, then add pizza sauce and toppings and back in the air fryer, Just like childhood after school snack
The only negative would be keeping my non gluten free family members out of my bedrock bakers stash! Thank you for making my all time favorite GF bread!

Bedrock Bakers makes fantastic products. We have been regular customers. However, be aware that you need to freeze these products immediately upon receiving them. Due to a mixup, I wasn't home to receive the product and the entire order was bad till I got home.
