Cheesy Egg Breakfast Pagel

Cheesy Egg Breakfast Pagel

Ingredients:

  • 1 Everything Pagel

  • 2 free range eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, divided
  • ⅛ cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat medium nonstick skillet over medium/low heat and add 1 tbsp butter.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together eggs until fully whisked.
  3. Split Everything Pagel in half and toast.
  4. Add beaten eggs to the pan and stir continuously. When eggs start to take shape, add shredded cheese and cover.
  5. When Pagels pop up from the toaster, butter each side with the last 1 tbsp of butter.
  6. Just as the eggs fully take shape, remove from the pan and place on the bottom half of toasted pagel. Cut in half and watch the cheese pull!
