Turkey & Cheddar on Plain Pagel

Turkey & Cheddar on Plain Pagel

Ingredients:

  • 1 Plain Pagel, sliced in half and toasted
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. sliced turkey
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh arugula
  • Mustard (optional)

Directions:

  1. Set the oven to broil.

  2. Slice Plain Pagel in half and toast.

  3. Top bottom half with half of the mayonnaise, half the turkey, and one slice of Cheddar Cheese.

  4. Place into oven and broil until cheese is melted.
  5. Carefully remove from the oven and place arugula on top of melted cheese. Spread the remaining half of mayonnaise on the top half of the Pagel and make sandwich. Enjoy!
