Toasted Spinach & Artichoke Pagel Melts

Toasted Spinach & Artichoke Pagel Melts

Ingredients:

  • 2 Sesame Pagels sliced in half

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese and mayonnaise and stir until fully combined.
  3. Arrange split in half Pagels on a baking sheet and divide the spinach artichoke mixture equally among the four Pagels.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese atop spinach artichoke mixture evenly across the 4 Pagels.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is fully melted and starting to brown on top. Remove from the oven, let sit for a few minutes to cool and then serve.
