Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese and mayonnaise and stir until fully combined.
Arrange split in half Pagels on a baking sheet and divide the spinach artichoke mixture equally among the four Pagels.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese atop spinach artichoke mixture evenly across the 4 Pagels.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is fully melted and starting to brown on top. Remove from the oven, let sit for a few minutes to cool and then serve.
