Spicy Tuna & Guac on Sesame Pagel

Spicy Tuna & Guac on Sesame Pagel

Ingredients:

  • 1 Sesame Pagel, sliced in half and toasted

  • 1 can of tuna
  • ¼ cup guacamole
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • sliced chives
  • EBTB seasoning

Directions:

  • Slice Sesame Pagel in half and toast.
  • To make the tuna: mix tuna in a small bowl with mayonnaise and hot sauce, season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • On one half of toasted pagel, spread half the guacamole, then half the tuna. Top with sliced chives and everything bagel seasoning. Repeat with remaining pagel. Enjoy!
