Sesame Pagel Chips w/ Hummus

Sesame Pagel Chips w/ Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 3 Sesame Pagels

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hummus for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Slice the Pagels in half and then in half laying down flat. Carefully slice a couple more times until the bagels are thin but still have some structure. 
  3. In a large bowl, toss all chips in olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  4. Spread chips out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so all chips are on a single layer. 
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes, checking to see when they reach desired crispness! Serve immediately with a side of hummus
