Sauteed Garlic Tomato Hummus on Sesame Pagel

Ingredients:
2 Sesame Pagels, sliced in half and toasted
8-10 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
¼ cup hummus
Basil for topping
Directions:
In a small fry pan, add olive oil and set to medium high heat.
Add in garlic and cook until fragrant
Add tomatoes and saute for 5-7 minutes until tomatoes are softened. Remove from heat.
Slice each pagel in half and toast to desired doneness.
Spread half of the hummus on one half of toasted sesame Pagel, top with cherry tomatoes and freshly sliced basil. Enjoy!
