Sauteed Garlic Tomato Hummus on Sesame Pagel

Sauteed Garlic Tomato Hummus on Sesame Pagel

Ingredients:

  • 2 Sesame Pagels, sliced in half and toasted

  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup hummus
  • Basil for topping

Directions:

  • In a small fry pan, add olive oil and set to medium high heat.
  • Add in garlic and cook until fragrant
  • Add tomatoes and saute for 5-7 minutes until tomatoes are softened. Remove from heat.
  • Slice each pagel in half and toast to desired doneness.
  • Spread half of the hummus on one half of toasted sesame Pagel, top with cherry tomatoes and freshly sliced basil. Enjoy!
