Roasted Garlic Tomatoes & Pesto on Sesame Pagel

Roasted Garlic Tomatoes & Pesto on Sesame Pagel

Ingredients:

  • 1 Sesame Pagel, sliced in half and toasted
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Kite Hill Cream Cheese
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. vegan basil pesto
  • Sliced dill and Everything Bagel Seasoning for topping

Directions:

  1. In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic and saute until fragrant.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally until blistered, about 6 min.
  3. Meanwhile, toast everything pagel until desired doneness. 
  4. Spread ½ of the cream cheese on top of one half of everything pagel then spread ½ of the basil pesto on top.
  5. When tomatoes are finished place half on top of basil pesto. Garnish with everything bagel seasoning and fresh dill. Enjoy!
