Plant Based Patty on Sesame Pagel

Ingredients:
1 Sesame Pagel, sliced in half and toasted
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb plant based burger patty
2 slices vegan cheese
1/4 cup fresh arugula
sea salt & cracked pepper
Directions:
Season burger patty liberally with sea salt and pepper. Preheat cast iron pan over medium high heat.
When pan is hot, add olive oil and place patty on pan and cook for 4 minutes each side.
While burger is cooking, spread ½ of the mayonnaise on each half of Sesame Pagel.
When burger is a minute away from being done, place cheese on top of the patty and cover so cheese will melt.
Place burger on bottom half of Sesame Pagel, top with arugula then finish with top half of Sesame Pagel.. Serve immediately with sweet potato fries.
