cinnamon raisin muffin gluten free paleo vegan vegetarian

PB & J Toasted English Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cinnamon raisin english muffin
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp seedless blackberry preserves
  • 1⁄4 banana sliced
  • 1⁄4 cup raspberries
  • 1⁄4 cup blackberries

Directions:

  1. Remove english muffins from freezer and allow them to thaw on countertop. Once thawed, toast to desired doneness.
  2. Spread peanut butter and preserves on each half of english muffins.
  3. Top with assorted berries and bananas
