Ingredients:
2 plain Pagels, sliced in half and toasted
2 tbsp. Miyoko's Cream Cheese
½ cucumber or large pickle, chopped
8-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
20 black Kalamata olives
Vegan Feta cheese, dill and fresh cracked pepper for topping
Directions:
Slice Pagels in half and toast.
Spread cream cheese evenly amongst Pagels. Top with cucumbers (or pickles), cherry tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, dill and pepper. Enjoy!
