Greek Pagels

Ingredients:

  • 2 plain Pagels, sliced in half and toasted

  • 2 tbsp. Miyoko's Cream Cheese 
  • ½ cucumber or large pickle, chopped
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 20 black Kalamata olives
  • Vegan Feta cheese, dill and fresh cracked pepper for topping

Directions:

  1. Slice Pagels in half and toast.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly amongst Pagels. Top with cucumbers (or pickles), cherry tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, dill and pepper. Enjoy!
