Ingredients:
1 Plain Pagel, sliced in half and toasted
8-10 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp Vegan Pesto
6 small vegan mozzarella balls/bites
Freshly chopped basil
Directions:
In a small saucepan, add olive oil over medium heat. When oil is hot, add tomatoes and cook until blistered (5-7 minutes). Season with garlic salt.
Spread basil pesto on both halves of toasted pagel evenly.
Top with blistered tomatoes, mozzarella balls/bites, freshly chopped basil. Serve and enjoy!
