Ingredients:
2 Plain Pagels, sliced in half and toasted
¼ cup Kite Hill vegan yogurt
¼ cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries all work great)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Directions:
In a medium pan over medium heat, add berries with sugar and lemon juice.
Sauté for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally until berries start to form a compote, remove from heat.
Toast Pagels then top with vegan yogurt, berry compote and serve!
